How to Order
The quickest and easiest way to place your order is to add your items to your cart and then proceed to the online checkout. We are happy to issue quotes if required, and you can order via offline channels by emailing a purchase order to info@ossila.com.
We offer net 30-day payment terms for offline orders as standard, but you can request a proforma invoice if you would like to pay upfront. We aim to process all in stock orders within one business day.
How to Request a Quote
To request a quote, just add your products to your cart, and click “request quote”. You can also send us an enquiry, email info@ossila.com, or contact us for pre-sales support.

To ensure stable pricing, we use fixed exchange rates, which we update whenever there is a significant discrepancy between our rates and the live exchange rate for a given currency.
We do not charge any currency exchange fees, and so that we can provide fair pricing around the world, we cover those charged by our payment provider. Your bank may, however, charge an international payment fee; please check their terms and conditions if you think this might the case.
